Reservation Deposit
- Customers can reserve a vehicle by paying a reservation deposit.
- The deposit amount is currently $500, but this is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable amount will be displayed at the time of reservation.
- Upon payment, the vehicle will be reserved for 72 hours. During this period, the deposit is fully refundable.
Cancellation and Extension
- If you wish to cancel your reservation within the 72-hour period or need to request an extension, you can contact us at 027 340 1243 to discuss your options.
- Extensions will be subject to availability and approval by Sterling Cars.
Next Steps After Reservation
- Once the reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a viewing and test drive appointment.
- For customers unable to visit in person, we offer video footage and video call consultations to ensure you have full confidence in your choice.
Confirmation of Purchase
- Once the reservation is confirmed by the customer, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- After confirmation, change of mind cancellations are not accepted.
Refund Policy
- If there are any issues with the vehicle, such as mechanical faults or other unforeseen circumstances, the matter will be reviewed by Sterling Cars’ management team.
- Refund decisions in such cases will be made at management’s discretion.
