Shipping Costs

- The final shipping cost will be provided to the customer once the vehicle is confirmed for delivery.
- The customer agrees to pay the finalized shipping cost in addition to the vehicle price.
Reservation and Payment
- Customers can reserve a vehicle once the decision to purchase is confirmed.
- A full payment for the vehicle, including the finalized shipping cost, is required before the vehicle is shipped from Auckland.
- Vehicles will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery Locations
- All vehicles are shipped from Auckland and can be delivered to any city in New Zealand.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping location and logistics.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the vehicle reservation is confirmed by the customer, change of mind cancellations are not accepted.
- If there are unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery (e.g., vehicle issues or force majeure events), Sterling Cars’ management will review the case and determine the next steps.
- Refunds in such cases will be issued at Sterling Cars’ discretion.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Complete delivery address.
- Preferred contact details.
- Sterling Cars will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Inspection and Acceptance
- Upon receiving the vehicle, customers are required to inspect it and confirm acceptance.
- Any issues or concerns must be reported to Sterling Cars within 24 hours of delivery.
- After 24 hours, the vehicle is considered accepted, and no further claims will be entertained.
