Sterling Cars is committed to providing a seamless home delivery experience for our customers. By opting for our home delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Contact and Inquiry

  • Customers can initiate the home delivery process by:
    • Filling out the inquiry form on our website.

Sales Process

  • Our sales team will assist you with:
    • Discussing the vehicle details.
    • Negotiating the price.
    • Arranging insurance and financing options.
    • Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs displayed on our website are estimates only. Actual costs may vary based on shipping time and logistics.
  • The final shipping cost will be provided to the customer once the vehicle is confirmed for delivery.
  • The customer agrees to pay the finalized shipping cost in addition to the vehicle price.

Reservation and Payment

  • Customers can reserve a vehicle once the decision to purchase is confirmed.
  • A full payment for the vehicle, including the finalized shipping cost, is required before the vehicle is shipped from Auckland.
  • Vehicles will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery Locations

  • All vehicles are shipped from Auckland and can be delivered to any city in New Zealand.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping location and logistics.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the vehicle reservation is confirmed by the customer, change of mind cancellations are not accepted.
  • If there are unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery (e.g., vehicle issues or force majeure events), Sterling Cars’ management will review the case and determine the next steps.
  • Refunds in such cases will be issued at Sterling Cars’ discretion.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
    • Complete delivery address.
    • Preferred contact details.
  • Sterling Cars will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Inspection and Acceptance

  • Upon receiving the vehicle, customers are required to inspect it and confirm acceptance.
  • Any issues or concerns must be reported to Sterling Cars within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After 24 hours, the vehicle is considered accepted, and no further claims will be entertained.

Disclaimer

  • Sterling Cars reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers agree to comply with these terms when proceeding with the home delivery service.
